Danny New House at Puchong 2014

Yesterday night is Danny's open house for his new "mansion". It has an audio visual room, equipped with air-condition, 5.1 surround sound and a large LG 3D smart TV. Danny was so busy on that evening that he has not time to show me if the 5.1 audio is working.

The most interesting should be, the house is "solar powered". Danny installed a solar power system which cost about RM40k, but Danny get a very good discount price for the system. You can not directly use the power generated by the system.

The power generated will be "sold" back to Tenaga. The system may generated 11kw? power (value about RM20) per day. Basically Danny's electricity for the house will be free, but not included the initial price for the solar system. I was told it will take five years to cover back the cost for the solar system. The solar system has 7 years warranty.

Quite a lot of people came. We have good time with Madam Cheung.

Kee Hong KL visit 2008

I wouldn't know Tong Chen has two children, if Kee Hong didn't call me when he was in KL last Saturday.

Everyone is just busy. Seem like I only meet with these old friends, when someone pay us a visit at KL. The last time is at early this year when Kwong Djee came to KL.

Small gathering at Cheras 2008

Is a good start for 2008, we have a small gathering, meet Kwong Djee who just came back from Australia for a short break, and our Biology teacher, Madam Chong.

Have not seen Kwong Djee for some time (few years?). Kwong Djee just came back for two weeks time, will be busy with his talk, then he will be going back to Australia for his study and research.

I walk pass a video shop yesterday night. They "import" some new DVDs, some 6 in 1, some are 8 in 1. The salesman told me these DVDs are from Honk Kong, not from China. Those from China are not good in quality, these DVDs from Hong Kong has good picture quality.

Eric Chan in Kuala Lumpur

I plan to attend his talk in Sin Chew Jit Po, but unfortunately my car break down today (the battery is out). I have to walk (LRT) home, it take me almost 2 hours from TPM to Petaling Jaya, so I can't make it.

I try to call him, but unable to reach him.

Kee Hong registration day

Today is big (registration) day for Kee Hong and Tan Fong. According to Kee Hong, they choose this day because is easier to remember (5/5).

We have buffet dinner at Armada Hotel in Petaling Jaya. Kellie is right, seems like I stay nearest to the place. I was late, but not the latest, there are someone later than me. I came from my office.

Is just like another gathering for those in Kuala Lumpur, update each other. Danny and Winnie came with their two kids. Raymond just quit his job, still selling tiles (and his cookies business). David telling us how he make money from online advertisement, I don't know anyone can survive with it, now I know one.

Kellie, Jessie and Kar Lai chatting at the other corner, must be exchanging their idea how to take care for their kids. The four kids (Danny's and Raymond's kid), meet new friends, and play around happily. Raymond's kid seems to like the bride a lot. Kar Lai's husband bring his new Nikon camera and take some photo, I heard he got 4 (or 5?) camera.

Tong Chen have a good chatting session with Kee Hong's father in law, I join them later. We take the last group photo and left 11 plus. I think the last wedding before this is Kellie's wedding.
